Hello from Florida Vacation Rental Company,

We know that there are a lot of concerns right now regarding the coronavirus epidemic and planned vacations. We want you all to know that our offices are closed while we practice social distancing but this does not affect our ability to do business by phone and representatives are taking calls from 9am – 5pm E. We are closely monitoring COVID-19 and we want everyone to know that during this time while we are undergoing this pandemic, we understand your concerns and we want to be here to assist you. At this time, we are currently assisting guests who are scheduled to arrive to Clearwater Beach during the month of April to the end of May.

If you booked directly through Florida Vacation Rental Company, reach out to your booking agent, or simply call our office number at (727)449-2700 so we can further assist you and help you during this time.

Regarding our policy, please refer to your Rental Agreement listed on your reservation. Our offices are currently closed but we are still accepting calls and accepting rent payments. If you need to pay your monthly rent, please place your payment in an envelope and place payment through our office door slot. Make sure to write your name, address and phone number on the envelope so we can make sure we know who the payment is from and that it is processed correctly.
