"The room was clean. It was stocked with the necessary items. It is 3 feet from the pool. The security system on the door was comforting even though I know I am in an upstanding area of Florida. Allison is always friendly, helpful and a problem solver. I will always recommend this resort and Allison to speak to. I love Tropic Terrace.

Perfect Spot!

"We stayed at Tropic Terrace #18. Although there were not many cons, I will address the few things that others may find helpful. The rooms are pretty small (especially the bathroom) however, we were just there to shower and sleep. (note: this is also a studio) The TV did not work, we had no cable. Again we didnt watch much tv, but would have been nice before going to bed. After seeing pictures of the other units, this one seemed to be more out dated than the others. I wish they would of provided more things in the unit, such as more beach towels, beach chairs. We did purchase our own, which we had to leave because we did fly down. The pros: the place was very clean. The outside area was immaculate. Very pretty and well maintained. The pool was perfect. Short walk to the beach. The beach itself was gorgeous and not very busy. The property was also very quiet. If you are going away to have a nice quiet vacation, which we were, this is the PERFECT spot. Treasure island is beautiful. We would love to go back to Tropic Terrace, next time we just may try a different unit. Again, it was very nice, just not as pretty as the others.

"The VRBO was impressive. It was clean, close to the pool, had beach access and the other residents there were so nice and helpful. I felt safe and was happy to be able to stay in such a wonderful place. I will definitely return. Thank you!

"I had a wonderful time staying at Tropic Terrace. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach! What more could you ask for?? The room was very clean and had the perfect amount of space for both my friend and I. I would absolutely stay here again. Truly a treasure in Treasure Island!

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay at #18! It was a great experience and looking forward to our next adventure there!!! Even though our unit was directly in front of the pool with many small excited visitors during the week, we never heard them 😃. The unit was clean and well stocked with the exception of clothes hangers in the closet that we donated. The only thing I would recommend to future visitors that plan to use the onsite laundry facility is to make sure you bring a supply of quarters. The machines have not been updated to accept cards and after visiting 4-5 local businesses asking to buy change, we gave up. I do want to add, only because we couldn't find this info, this unit as of 6/24/23, did have an umbrella, several chairs, a float and 2 beach towels. That would've been helpful to know prior to flying down. Wonderful place and a wonderful stay!!!!!
