CONSIDER BEFORE BOOKING

Climate Control: As an authentic mid-century building, this unit uses a high-efficiency wall A/C unit in the living room. The bedroom relies on fans and airflow for cooling.
Parking: Parking is strictly limited to one car per unit. Additional parking must be pre-approved by the resort office and is subject to availability. No boats or trailers may be parked on the property.
Wide Beach: Treasure Island has a wide, beautiful beach, so there is a short walk across the soft sand to reach the water's edge.

Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Occupancy: Max occupancy is 2 guests.
Age Requirement: Primary renter must be 25+ years old and present for the stay.
Rental Agreement Required: Electronic signature, including when booking through third-party platforms.
Valid ID must be uploaded when booking directly or through a website where we process the credit card.
Smoking: Strictly no smoking anywhere on the premises (includes electronic/vape devices).
$25 fee for lockouts or lost keys.
Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM.
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. All outdoor areas and pools are closed at quiet hours.
The pool closes at times posted on signs.
No refunds for early departures.
If the reserved suite becomes unavailable for any reason, a comparable unit may be assigned.

"This was our fourth year staying in this beach condo and as always had a wonderful time. The owner recently did some upgrades (new bathroom and new AC units). There's now an AC unit in the bedroom and the sleep we got there was amazing. The condo stayed very cool all week despite the heat advisories we were having in FL. The condo building itself is quaint, old FL style. We loved our stay and hope to be back again next year.

"Tropic Terrace is an old Florida hotel that has been converted into amazing mini condo units! We will be back this year and will rent unit 26! Whoever the contractors were did the most outstanding job with every inch of this unit! Absolute perfection! My husband and I were blown away at the detail! The decorator is to be highly recommended and applauded at the most spectacular sea decor throughout! We have vacationed in Treasure Island for over 30 years! Will always stay at Tropic Terrace #26! The most relaxing time ever!

"Lovely beach front unit, newly remodeled, and clean as a whistle. Lovely decor. Comfy couches, bed was a tish hard. Million dollar view out the living room window. Kind of far to the beach if one is has any kind of knee issue or has to haul a beach wagon.

"I will say this. There were just a few things that could use some TLC. The kitchen faucet is loose. The shower could be adjusted a bit for more pressure. Other than that this unit is my all time favorite. I have stayed in other units, but this one was outstanding. Enjoyed my time!

"I was in FL for a business trip and wanted a place for my kids and mom to stay that was fun while I was away with the car during the day. Between the pool, beach and trolley this was great! The condo was also walking distance to many shops and restaurants. So family friendly! And just grabbing your gearing and walking right to the beach was amazing. Loved it! And the agent who booked it was super helpful - thanks Allison!

"For a July I thought the place was very quiet, hardly anyone on the beach at that time. Room gives you all the basics you’ll need in the kitchen to make a meal as far as pots and pans and no need to grab dish soap or salt & pepper at the grocery. Bathroom has extra toilet paper. The A/C unit doesn’t reach to the bedroom so there is a floor fan in there, it kept shorting out on me ( you have to touch it just right to get it to stay on). As of mid July there were 2 beach chairs and an umbrella in the closet. It’s an older building so not that many outlets for charging but they’ve added surge protectors as extras. The pool was never crowded and I can say the same for the beach. I will say this condo has a long, long walk to the beach, one day I counted, 600 steps from my beach chair to step on concrete at the condo.

"We have stayed at the Tropic Terrace before, as always friendly staff and well maintained! Our unit was perfect. Our unit was well stocked with pots, pans, towels etc. The bed was comfortable and all the furniture was in good condition.

"Everything excellent except if I was honest the only minor complaints would be that the bathroom needs some sort of extractor fan and the bedroom without air conditioning just a large fan that circulates the warm air in the bedroom is a little uncomfortable for sleeping. "When I was booking this trip and looking for places to stay, I was hesitant on Tropic Terrace because it was not the newest of places. But after talking with Allison, she insured me that Unit #26 was beautifully done and she did not disappoint. The unit was clean and decorated very nice. The place was quiet and quaint. I hope everyone that stays in this unit, takes great care while they are there to keep this property nice. Thank You Allison for the recommendation.

"Had a WONDERFUL time, loved that it was just on a beach 🏖 I could spend some time in the morning on the beach and come back for coffee and late breakfast. Beach was beautiful, not too crowded.Sunsets were breathtaking!! Loved the proximity to all the attractions,Johns Pass , all the restaurants on the beach - Sloppy Joe for lunch or dinner - used the beach trail to walk. Found the beach chairs in the closet - which was wonderful. I didn't want to leave . I would so recommend Tropic Terrace.perfect locations.Allison so pleasant to talk too. Planning another stay in the late fall .:)) I miss it already !,
