"This was our 4th year at Tropic Terrace and our first time in this unit. We loved it! The view is amazing and the unit did have some updates that are not shown in the pictures. It was very comfortable. We will definitely be back!

"Great place, great view. As a hack plumber it's difficult for me to understand how the shower can so amazing and the bathroom sink has no water pressure. Kitchenette water is normal also. Also odd that there's no oven. People like to bake bacon these days. Overall a great stay.

"This unit was beautiful and very clean with a spectacular view of the beach, which is Only steps away. Walking distance to everything you need…Dunkin, ice cream, Walgreens, souvenir shops and many bars & restaurants w/ live music and outdoor seating! Watch a beautiful sunset right outside your door. John's Pass is a 15 minute walk. A heated pool is a plus! Allison at the front desk is wonderful and the owner of the unit takes pride in making sure her guests are well accommodated! Will definitely be back!

"We very much enjoyed our stay at Tropic Terrace, Unit #27! So much so we hope to rent again next year. The view from every window was great. The condo was very clean, neat and up to date. Supplies were great; bedding and lines were great as well. Communication with the rental staff was great as well. We have nothing but good things to say about this unit!

"My best friend and I have been coming to Tropic Terrace for at least 20 years. We've seen many changes including the addition of the swimming pool! The property has changed hands several times, but no one has managed it better than Beloise. I've worked with Allison several times and she is professional, friendly and accommodating. The units are always well maintained, clean and inviting. This is our favorite place in all of Florida!
