Tropic Terrace Condominium Resort is celebrated for its charming Old Florida design and unbeatable location. The resort has been a beloved destination for generations of travelers seeking relaxed beachfront living and walkable access to Treasure Island’s dining, shopping, and boardwalk attractions.

"Another fantastic stay!! My husband and I stayed here 2 years ago and loved every minute we just had to comeback and bring the kids. It was a quick little getaway and had everything we needed. Perfect for families as it's right on the beach!! The area is the best lots of places within walking distance, no car needed, and Allison and the staff were so nice and friendly!! Definitely recommend and plan to book here again!!

"Had a great weekend with the girls. Unit was bright and clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the proximity to the beach in town. Also appreciated being able to check in a little early. Pool was nice and clean. Would highly recommend anyone to stay there again planning on taking my husband the next time Great way to spend my birthday weekend

"My daughters and I stayed here for the week. This is my second time staying at Tropic Terrace, first time in this particular unit. i love it here bc of the location. johns pass is a 2 min drive, circle k is right there to walk to, right on the beach, beautiful spot. my kids loved the pool. water was always a good temp, they swam all day, everyday. everything in the unit is updated. for the downsides- 1) POOL- the pool was great EXCEPT for the fact that anytime you get into the pool, it practically destroys your hair. you’re not brushing your hair without washing and heavily conditioning it. 2) our room was in a set back, corner. the facility was having people work on something (cable/internet?). they came around 9 am, with drills and hammers, literally right outside of our door. workers literally had to stop working to move anytime we wanted to exit our room. it was jam packed in our corner. so all in all, it was a good trip. just a few things that made our vaca not so relaxing. the room, would stay again.

"Highly recommend! We absolutely loved this rental. It's located within walking distance, or very short Uber rides, to everything that the Treasure Island and St. Pete Beach areas has to offer. The unit was perfect, very comfortable, with all the amenities you would need. Super cute and makes you feel right at home. The bedrooms were very comfy, the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need, and the pool area was great. Everything was extremely clean. The landscaping was very tropical and nice. Overall, just can't say enough about this rental and location. The water was shut off to the buildings later on Saturday evening for a few hours, but it didn't effect us due to the time. Had it been earlier in the day it might have been an issue, but they communicated to us immediately telling us what had happened. Other than that we didn't have a single issue all weekend. This was a staycation for us, and we definitely plan to book this location again.

"We scheduled 3 nights in Tropic Terrace #40 for a girls trip. Staff was super friendly, the hotel & 2 bedroom unit were clean and well-maintained, and the room had everything we needed. The location was perfect with a short walk to the beach and TONS of shops/restaurants within walking distance. If you prefer a quiet location with a cute, retro vibe, it's perfect. We'll definitely return to Tropic Terrace!

"A friend and I went away for mom's trip. The appearance when booking made us think that this was a dated property. And, it is by no means brand new but it is so well maintained and clean that we were already looking at the same week, next year, before we left. We had everything we needed in the unit, the grounds were kept so clean and an overall, very relaxed vibe. Quiet yet social neighbors and the location was fantastic! We parked the car and didn't move it until the day we left. Great restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. Beautiful boardwalk for morning walks and quick access to the beach. Thermostat/HVAC worked well which is huge for me because I'm a Wisco girl and the warm temps concerned me. Just such a great trip in a clean, well appointed and adorable unit.

Convenient Place

"This place serves all the needs for a beach condo. Cold fridge, stocked kitchen cabinets that made preparing food and snacks easy, place to sleep. Grounds were well kept. I think this place is more ideal for a couple with older children versus younger ones as the condo posed some challenges in that regard. Booking was a breeze with the realty company but the front office management was not the most friendly or accommodating.
