"The unit is well stocked and had everything we needed for just two people. It is well decorated and the whole building is kept clean. Has that retro 1950s feel, but charming and modern for today with a great rental price too for a beach front property. Maybe be small but it is a studio and perfect for two people. A well maintained pool to just cool off. Would come back.

"Don't expect space, very very small. The sink is the size of RV lavatory. They do provide beach towels and beach chairs, wish that would have been said before since we were flying and purchased chairs on the way to beach and stuffed beach towels into luggage.

Amazing Long Weekend Getaway

"We decided to take a long weekend getaway prior to a conference in Orlando. We had never been to Treasure Island so we were super excited to get there! We flew in early on Friday morning, so I took a chance and asked for an early check in. Within 10 minutes, we were met with an absolutely. This allowed us to get settled in and enjoy a full day on the beach! The accommodations were lovely. We had a beautiful room with a fully functional kitchen. The grounds were nice with direct access to the beach. It was so quiet and peaceful, just what we needed. Oh, and by far, it was the most reasonably priced place we found in the area with all of the amenities we wanted! We will definitely be back to Tropic Terrace in the future!

"Overall, it was a great experience. Easy check in, beautiful beaches, and a nice pool. The bathroom is small,the closet door was off track,and the television speaker was muffled. But, it was a great vacation.

"I absolutely loved tropic terrace!! It was clean which is very important to me. I felt very safe and the other people were very friendly and welcoming and we would all get together and bbq. The location was perfectly located between John’s pass, Waffle House, bars and restaurants!! Allison in the front office was incredibly helpful when I needed assistance! I’m definitely coming back next year 🐬🥳🏝
