Enjoy the beauty of the Gulf staying at the luxurious Casa Del Mar& La Casita Studio Suite. Conveniently located in a beautifully landscaped neighborhood across the street from the Bay Area’s most famous beach!

This newly renovated custom-designed historical home is the perfect setting for you and your family to enjoy the sun, surf and sand. Here you can comfortably relax and unwind while you create memories that will last a lifetime!

5 Bedrooms
Casa Del Mar features a fun premier lifestyle setting with a large updated master bedroom with beautiful hardwood furniture designed for your comfort and privacy plus separate TV. The newly remodeled master bathroom featuring travertine tilethroughout with a marvelously regal 72 inch double sink vanity and a newly designed shower with bronze appointments which include a rain shower head. The master suite & bathroom opens into a separate private bedroom.

Upstairs there are three guest bedrooms, which are spacious with TV’s, plus two full bathrooms that are newly updated. The “Monkey Room” bedroom features access to a full balcony to share with your guests and enjoy breathtaking sunsets from its partial ocean view. There is also a very exciting interactive part of the upstairs living space based around 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea to enjoy!

Open Concept Kitchen Dinning Room
The kitchen is the heartbeat at Casa Del Mar and features a open concept fully equipped work space with updated stainless refrigerator, stove and microwave with a wine service station. This beautiful kitchen opens into a formal dinning room that elegantly seats eight. In addition you are also welcome to serve your guests in the Florida Room, which also comfortably seats eight and hosts two large original windows which when open allows guests to enjoy the feeling of dining together open concept.

Stained Glass Living Room
The large living room is cozy and comfortable and features two Lazy Boy sofas, one of which is a sleeper, along with the originalfireplace. Although no longer functioning, it does feature two flicker lamps, which adorn the stone above the mantle. There also includes a half bathroom.

A new forty-inch LED 1080p TV plus DVD are your guides for current cable selections and are complimented by stained glass windows which welcome you after a busy day on the beach.

Grotto Waterfall Pool Area
If you are ready for a truly unique experience bring your family to the new addition to Casa Del Mar which is the custom designed Grotto Pool. The crystal clear blue water lighted pool features a one of a kind rock designed grotto waterfall that cascades into a heated kidney shaped pool outlined by a lighted travertine deck and charming tropical landscape. The pool area features plenty of living space for sun bathing or spending time enjoying your favorite food and drink. Umbrella tables join you to seat ten guestsplus included is an updated gas grill.

La Casita 1 Bedroom Cottage

Exclusively offered to Casa Del Mar guests is Las Casita Studio Suite and Business Center. Sitting on the property is a separate newly renovated living space, which is a unique offering in the area. La Casita, with its warm modern colors, sleeps two on a fresh Serta futon and offers a kitchenette with amenities featuring dinning ware plus a microwave, new refrigerator and beautiful cabinets plus seating for two. Separate private outdoor seating is also available.

For the ones that also need to check in on personal business or require some quiet time to surf the net after their day on the beach we offer a fully functional business center with printer/scanner/fax, TV plus a separate curved monitor to plug your laptop into on a spacious workspace. Ala Carte’ items available for additional charges are stronger WIFI and fax. Another very special interactive piece unique to the Casa Del Mar/Las Casita experience is a ‘Star Wars” theme that awaits your exploration.

"My family and I enjoyed a comfortable stay in this beautifully decorated, spacious 6 bedroom house, which is within a short walking distance to Clearwater Beach. Large kitchen, dining room and living room were a plus! Many amenities are provided including beach chairs, umbrella, etc. We loved spending time in the pool with a cascading waterfall- very relaxing in the private courtyard. The Casa Del Mar is the perfect rental home for a large family reunion or friends' gathering. Our rental specialist Jennifer Johnson was readily available throughout the rental process and attentive to our needs. We'll be sure to request the Casa Del Mar for our next beach rental.

"Perfect house, fit our large family perfectly! So close to the beach. We had a little trouble with a fuse and needed some help finding the fuse box and were able to speak with someone very quickly, after hours as well! The only downside we had was the trash collection. It only picks up once a week and with a large group we were overloaded. That is not the house or realty issue, it seems to be a city problem. Loved having all the beach chairs and pool toys available!

"Casa Del Mar was very nice. When we walked in we found it clean and accommodating. Our group of 10 slept comfortably. The amenities were super,a beautiful pool area, short walk to the beach, plenty of bath towels, beach towels, and 2 washers and 2 dryers. Our questions and requests were answered quickly. Everyone with the realty company was very friendly and helpful. The only drawback is a very mean and unfriendly lady who lives next door. One evening my daughter who is 52 and our granddaughter who is 30 were sitting out by the pool and talking. The lady yelled from her balcony that the pool was closed. My daughter asked if they could just sit in the backyard and the lady yelled that everything within the gate was closed. That left them with no outdoor area to relax. We feel this is very unfair of the neighbor. We were an older group who was not partying or yelling. If something could be done about this situation, Casa Del Mar would be perfect.

"The house is literally steps away from the beach, in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean, and stocked with utensils, sheets, even beach toys for the kids. Above all Belloise was very communicative and took the time to answer all of my questions. Great experience.

"Plenty of rooms for everyone! Full bedrooms not just a pull out couch, twin bed or bunk beds. 6 bedrooms. Pool area and outside patio were excellent. House was clean and comfortable in all living spaces. Did have to change out the propane tank as it was empty when we arrived. You can't beat the location to beach - just walk across the street and down the path. Downtown area was great with restaurants and bars and we were able to drive our golf cart everywhere. Did the Fenchys Grill challenge and Got a free tee shirt for Buying a drink at their 4 locations. We definitely rent it again.

"We loved the location of the house, in a residential section of the island at the end of a quiet street. You can't go wrong with being directly across the street from the quiet and beautiful beach, as well as having your own private pool in the backyard. The house was large, and we comfortably slept 12 people. The realty team was super helpful with recommendations, for example having Instacart deliver our groceries for our stay was great. The pool house had floats, beach chairs, towels and sunscreen we could use. They even included small touches like a bottle of wine and bakery treats from a local shop upon arrival. "Amazing place!!! My family and I were here for 4 days. The location was amazing and the fact that it's in a private beach area was even more amazing! The pool was perfect for us and just an all around great space! Super close to all the hoppin spots on Mandalay Avenue and just a short drive to Pier 60 which was super convenient and fun! The neighborhood it is situated in is super quiet and free of worry. Overall a great find for me and my family! We will be back!
