"This is our third year in a row in the Treasure Island area. The first year was in a 2 Bedroom in Isle of Capri staying with friends. The second year we got a one-bedroom rental in Madeira Beach (UGH). This was our shortest, but best trip of all. We liked our rental; especially how clean it was when we walked in versus the one in Madeira. The property was well maintained, everyone seemed friendly, and beach access was good. We would definitely stay here again, our highest recommendation.

"My 2 best friends and I spent the weekend here and had a wonderful time. We didn't encounter any issues during our stay, found the unit to be clean and everything in working order, and absolutely loved having direct access to the beach. If we ever return to the area, I would certainly rebook this spot!

"Location, location, location! Right on the beach and walking distance to great restaurants and activities. Add to that a sweet, well-decorated condo to relax in comfort at the end of the day. The bed is a 10 on a comfort and size level, with plenty of space for your vacation clothes too. Brand new appliances, big flat screens in the living room and bedroom. The unit is right by the pool and being on the ground level was a big plus for me. Off-street parking and the staff were most helpful and the couple of times I asked for assistance was never an issue. In total, I enjoyed an experience 'above and beyond!' Highly recommend this unit... I will be back!

"Love the size and feel of these condos. The landscaping and pool are so beautiful and lush. The unit has obviously been fully renovated with all new cabinets and furniture. Very "beachy" but not hokey. Super cool amenities in the unit. Love the location. We will be back!
